Working with Moushmi has been a wonderful experience for me. From the very first session, I was able to feel safe, there was no judgements and I could be completely vulnerable which I couldn't do it else where. The past year that I have been working with Moushmi has benefitted me significantly. Not only to gather more insight into the workings of my mind but also to rout out the parts which were no longer serving me. Each session with Moushmi offers me the opportunity to learn something new and I am especially grateful for that.
Some sessions are harder than others but throughout them all she gives me the opportunity to be myself and share at my own pace. Its not all serious stuff either, we joke around in moments and Moushmi's one liners often have us in hysterics. I am glad I have taken the time to pursue this and work on myself, but it is Moushmi who has made this all worthwhile, thanks to her insight and knowledge about the human mind and emotions as well as her unending compassion.

When I started therapy, I was mainly focused on figuring out my career and love life. Over time, I realized it was much more about understanding myself emotionally.
