In this conversation, I'll ask some questions to learn more about you, we'll talk about your current needs and goals, and I'll answer any questions and concerns you have about therapy. The purpose is to get a feel of whether we're a good fit to work with each other (ie vibe check) and you could learn about whether my therapeutic approach matches what you're looking for in your journey right now. Later, we'll discuss details about scheduling and payments. If you opt for the the 1 hour call, we'll spend some time understanding your parts, exploring your desires for yourself, and what circumstances, beliefs, or feelings may be making you feel stuck, afraid, or ashamed.
